Wow, I just found out that Arizona homebuyers considering a home purchase in certain counties might be able to get down payment assistance. In particular there two great ones: the Pinal County Down Payment Assistance Program and Pinal Bond Program which offers up to $20,000 in down payment assistance and a below market reduced interest rate to qualifying home buyers.
There are a number of important criteria to meet so you may just want to contact a qualified lender, such as Loan Officer, Luisa Han. Keep in mind that not all lenders are familiar with these programs, nor are they necessarily qualified to assist in offering these programs.
